The title is Sekisai Kokumon Ki (石彩刻文器).

This is a vase created by Itoi Yasuhiro.

White stones visible outside are things which are picked in the mountains and Itoi smashed them.
He pasted them on the surface by special method, then transferred to firing process.
He made the ceramic with clay, and it looks like stone sculpture.
