The title is Shuroha-gata Naga-sara (棕櫚葉形長皿).
This is a plate created by Satomi Toshitaka.
It's the reproduction of the work called "ko-Hirado" from the Edo period (1615-1868).
The dish is also suitable for traditional multi-cours banquet meal called "Kaiseki cuisine".
Safe in the microwave, oven as well as dishwasher-safe.

Toshitaka-san is the eighth generation potter of the Kakusho-gama that has a history over 400 years. He makes plain blue painting of sometsuke by hand-painting that's exactly the characteristic of Mikawachi ware.
