The title is Hagi Kawaragata Kumi-sara (萩瓦形組皿).
This is a plate created by Tamamura Toyo.
It's finished with a method called tatara-zukuri.
Tatara is made by stretching clay into board to make a disk.
Tamamura got them to shape roofing tiles.
This is a set of five plates (5 pcs).
