The title is Kiritsugi Guinomi (切り継ぎぐい呑み).
This is a sake cup created by Moriyama Kanjiro.
Throwing on the potter's wheel, then cut into pieces and joint them together.
Reduction firing with gradual cooling.
Height : 6.5 cm
Diameter : 6.5 cm
Kanjiro-san was born and grew up in Koishiwara village, Fukuoka prefecture. It's interesting how some curved parts look like metal entwined.
