Kinrande (金襴手)
It's a porcelain painted with gold color leaf on overglaze painting.
Here's Kozan-gama, they have passed down the secret technique of it.
The process is extremely complex and is a thing more than we imagine.
A design is drawn on a unglazed pottery and is fired at a high temperature of 1300 degrees.
Then pasting urushi that sticks gold leaf on the surface, pasting very thin metal piece together.
And it's necessary to determine the appropriate degree of dryness of urushi.
Ono-san is working hard to express glittering design, because he's fascinated by artworks with Kinrande.
