The title is Hakuji Kikyobuchi Kozara (白磁桔梗縁小皿).
This is a plate created by Nakao Yasuzumi.
He shaped the plate round on a potter's wheel and the edge of the plate was cut into the bellflower design.
He made the shape into take no fushi "bamboo joint" design at the foot.
