This is a sake cup created by Arakawa Satoshi.
Firing in a cave kiln.
He made the shape by throwing on the potter's wheel.
The cup is coverd with fallen ashes and beautiful scenary can be seen with dots of milky white color.
Available for dishwasher.

Arakawa-san lives in Shigaraki-cho, Shiga prefecture to make his unique ceramics. A modern adaptation from unglazed high-fired pottery in Shigaraki ware.
