The title is Seiji Koro (青瓷香爐).
This is an incense burner plate created by Ikai Yuichi.
It's just larger in size.
You see the design like crimpy lines with glaze on the surface, it's called "kannyuu".
It happens naturally because there's difference in shrinkage between glaze and raw clay.
