The title is Seiji Shinogi-Bori Rokkaku Kabin (青磁鎬彫六角花瓶).
This is a vase created by Ogushi Hidenori.
Preserving the Nabeshima-yaki tradition, he uses the special glaze made from smashed celadon stones, which is yellowish "gemstone" mined at the Mt. Okawachi.
It turns to the clear color like the Japanese Hisui, jade green.
